Quality, not quantity
We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.

About
Mr. Sean P. Monar
Sean P. Monar: Board Secretary & Chief Operations Minister
Sean is a bridge between worlds—where sacred tradition meets strategic action, and where spiritual wisdom finds form in real-world systems. Raised in a deeply spiritual Latin household, Sean was surrounded by gifted healers, dreamers, and visionaries who taught him that true healing begins with presence, energy, and intention. Rooted in ancestral practices, he developed a deep reverence for spirit, ceremony, and the unseen forces that guide us—all of which continue to shape his work today.
With over 18 years of experience in operations and systems leadership, Sean has helped build and manage large-scale environments across both corporate and nonprofit sectors. He currently serves as Facility Manager at Swords to Plowshares, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and housing veterans. In this role, he blends compassion with coordination—ensuring that spaces designed for healing and stability run with integrity and care.
Sean is also the founder of Lifted Visions, an independent record label created to amplify voices rooted in truth, resilience, and transformation. For him, music and storytelling are sacred tools—just as vital to the healing process as ceremony or structure.
Today, Sean stands at the intersection of spirit, service, and structure—helping others align their visions with purpose, ground their work in integrity, and create lives that honor both their roots and their calling.
